That's right a year and who knows how much money. We'll sunday I was going to crank. Nothing but head light and tail lights worked. It a 70 gtx I done a list of up grades and repairs. Guess Iv tried to do to much at one time. Here's some of what Iv done. Headers ,alt water pump intake carb engine harness under dash harness rebuilt steering colum and I rebuilt Gage's and few more things. Don't typ much on here but do read a lot.

Well,
You have done quite a bit already.

So: now...
1. Troubleshoot your problems one at a time.
2. Find voltage to starter
3. Inspect ALL "GROUND" wires.

I have heard that when replacing the harness, sometime the Bulkhead connector can be a troublesome area.
Look there for continuity.

Do you have a good multi meter?

Ya I got a meter but don't realy no how to use it. I know no one can tell the fix Iv been messing with so much. Thanks for the input. I'm going to check ground can't drove it yet still have to do brakes. But I would like to here her run

super-bee_ski is correct. One item at a time and start with all the ground points. Just make sure your engine is grounded also. It's important that you make a list of all the electrical components (all lights, blinkers, fan motor, radio, cigarette lighter, wipers, everything) that work and don't work All these items tell you something about the cars electrical system integrity. A complete description makes troubleshooting easier. Some components operate with the ignition switch "on" only and some operate without the ignition switch at all.
FBBO is a great place get information, You'll get lots of help.

Thanks guys Iv done just as y'all said Iv got it fired up. And it runs great.didnt run it long but no trouble. I ran new fuel lines and electric fuel pump No leaks no water leaks. Still got some wires on the inside lights console lights ect.

Good to hear. Running to full warm-up is best. How about a picture of your ride?
