Here's your Tuesday-before-the-event-reminder to post your picks for the upcoming 20th annual Fallen Patriots Route 66 NHRA Nationals presented by K&N at Route 66 Raceway in Elwood, IL - Pro qualifying starts Friday, July 7, at 6:15PM EDT (3:15PM PDT).
Post your picks for Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle.
Slight change in the entry count, the NHRA.com website currently shows 17 Top Fuel, 17 Funny Car, 17 Pro Stock and 21 Pro Stock Motorcycle entries.
Check to verify your picks are actually entered for this event.

The current weather forecast calls for a high of 84F on Friday, 79F on Saturday and 83F on Sunday. But it's the weather and can always change.

Congrats to 'Back in Time' (FBBO) for earning the Top Qualifier title of the 2017 NHRA Route 66 Nationals with an outstanding total of 30.0 bonus points. He picked the #1 qualifier in Pro Stock, the #2 qualifier in both Top Fuel and Funny Car and the #3 qualifier in Pro Stock Motorcycle. Way to go!
'64BEL' (FABO) was right behind in the #2 qualifier spot with 27.5 bonus points.

We have 16 players for the New England Nationals and 16 different driver combos made up of:
* 5 different Top Fuel drivers with one Round 1 head-to-head matchup between #7 qualifier Antron Brown (8 picks) and #10 qualifier Doug Kalitta (2 picks). There's also a chance of two head-to-head matchups in Round 2 if they all survive the opening round of eliminations.
* 7 different Funny Car drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups but a possibility of three head-to head matchups in Round 2.
* 5 different Pro Stock drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups but a possibility of two head-to-head matchups in Round #2.
* 6 different Pro Stock Motorcycle riders with one Round 1 head-to-head matchup between #3 qualifier Matt Smith (4 picks) and #14 qualifier Eddie Krawiec (7 picks). There is also a possibility of one head-to-head matchup in Round #2.
