2018 8th Annual FABO NHRA "Pick 'Em" Game - Time For Your NITRO Fix! Here We Go Again!!!

Congratulations to 'johnnycuda' (FABO) and 'Back in Time' (FABO) for sharing the Top Qualifier title of the 2018 NHRA Southern Nationals Powered by Mello Yello with very nice totals of 27.5 bonus points each. 'johnnycuda' picked the #1 qualifier in Pro Stock, the #2 qualifier in Funny Car and the #5 qualifier in both Funny Car and Pro Stock Motorcycle. 'Back in Time' took a slightly different route picking the # qualifier in both Funny Car and Pro Stock, the #3 qualifier in Top Fuel and the #8 qualifier in Pro Stock Motorcycle.
'cuda20' (FABO) was right behind in the runner-up spot with 26.5 bonus points.
'64BEL' was the top FBBO qualifier with 23.5 bonus points.

Congratulations to 'Back in Time' (FABO) for winning "Top Picker Eliminator" title with an outstanding point total of 132.5 points. He picked the class winner in Funny Car, his Top Fuel and Pro Stock picks lost in the semi-finals and his Pro Stock Motorcycle pick lost in the second round of eliminations.
'alsant' (FBBO) was the runner-up with 125.5 points.

As always, your picks need to be posted before Pro Qualifying starts on Friday, May 18 in order to qualify for all event bonus points. Pro qualifying is scheduled to start at 4:30PM EDT (1:30 PM PDT).
The Heartland Nationals entry list is posted on NHRA.com and currently shows 17 Top Fuel, 16 Funny Car and 14 Pro Stock entries, but the counts are subject to change. Here's your "Tuesday-before-the-event" reminder for the 30th annual Menards NHRA Heartland Nationals that starts Friday, May 18th.
The entry list currently shows:
18 Top Fuel
17 Funny Car
17 Pro Stock
Pro Stock Motorcycle will not compete at this event.

This one might be a tuners nightmare since the current forecast calls for a high temps of 87F on Friday, then 93F on Saturday dropping to 78F on Sunday.
