Forgot. You asked about a vacuum test gauge. You can pick one up at any auto parts store or even Harbor Freight. Great and necessary tuning tool. Get one that comes with directions for tuning. It'll make your life easier.

Alright definitely, I'm gonna half to pick one up!
Now as for the carb, I did find a screw missing and in one of the primary jets was clogged with crap, so cleaned that out, new gaskets all around, plus the pump on the secondary side, the check valve thats in there broke off so thats another thing taken care of...
I got the trans out now, putting a manual valve body and stuff in it. Then maybe I can finally go for a ride
