62-65 Car show

Whew...............just finished this thread. I really like my '67 Coronet but these '62-'65's are really really somethin' Can't wait for the Holley Hot Rod Reunion this Fathers day weekend at my home track, Beech Bend Raceway park. I've seen some of those cars there in the past. Nothing quite like a N/SS Mopar!!

Yep she's ok. She was in rehab because she broke her leg a month ago. She has been going downhill a bit in the last few days and they were afraid she had a small stroke. Her ct scan checked out fine and they put her on antibiotics for bronchitis. Shes back at rehab now. Thanks Ken.

Years ago VHT had spray window tint. We used that. They are illegal on street cars. Ask me how I know. lol

What an awesome thread. Here's what you get when you start with a dirty worn-out but unmolested '65 Satellite 361/2bbl with 57,000miles then take 6 years to disassemble, rebuild, repaint, restore and reassemble everything....

Here is an original unrestored '63 Polara 500 that came out of a carriage house in Troy, NY a couple years ago. A salvage yard owner/friend of mine got a call asking if he'd be interested in "an old Dodge" from an estate. They were asking $2,000 as is. He got it for $1,700….. !

Original heat shield clamped to the power steering hose… ain't never seen THAT before..
