I unfortunately had the fan hit my radiator and I have been having issues finding a replacement. I have found an aluminum replacement that is close but my radiator has 1.5” in and out while most of the radiators have 1.75” outlet. Any advise?

I also haven’t figured out why it hit yet. My first guess is an engine mount broke but there is a chance that the radiator had broken off its mounting bracket. Not sure if the fan strike broke the bracket or the broken bracket caused the strike.

Thanks for the help.

Plenty of options. Recore your radiator. Or stretch the 1.5 hose over the 1.75" neck. Or buy hoses that fit a 1.75" radiator.

Or buy the right radiator

I would have your radiator recored. I did that with mine, with a thicker core. Not all 22" radiators have the provision for mounting your metal shroud.
