I found a 65 Coronet 440 318 poly. White with red interior. 106,000 miles. Hasn't been started or moved in 4 years. Drivers fender has rust but a replacement comes with it. The seats aren't bad. The headliner is sagging. The quarters look pretty good surprizingly. Havn't seen the trunk yet due to the briars grown up around it. He is gonna pull it out of the weeds Sun. and give me a call. He is asking 1500.00. He actually couldn't believe how much it had deteriorated. He drove it to this spot 4 years ago. The drivers floor is rotted threw. He is pretty disgusted with himself actually. He knows it is time to sell or restore. Also comes with extra hood, doors and deck lid. Has factory air, 5 spoke road wheels and original hubcaps. What do you guys think? I have pics on my phone but do not know how to post.

Pretty sure if the taillights are in good shape they are worth $1000.00 for the pair...don't get f*****

Two door hard top. Thanks, I had know idea on the tail lights.

Some pics after it's been dug out, might give a better indication of what it's worth.

You can get repro.taillights for less than $1,000 if it's a 2dr hdtp.the 1500 isn't out of line, how far are you from columbus? i'd be interested in maybe buying it! p/m me.Thanks

In January I bought a "survivor" 65 Coronet 500 similarly equipped; 318 poly, buckets, console, etc with good floors, trunk, & cowl. Search for a post I did in march or so for a pic of the car. I paid 3K for it. It would be a driver with a fuel tank & line cleaning. I`m still happy with the deal, but wish I had held out for a post car. Probably always want one. Trades anyone ???????

$1500 isn't that bad of a price, Offer him $1000 and get it for $1200. I have seen total piles sell for more than that. Heck they make all the parts you need to redo it. Don't even mess with that 318 replace it with a B/RB and you will be grinning from ear to ear:grin:

Last fall I bought a 65 Satellite. White w/2 tone red interior,318 auto on floor. I don't need the car unless i can use it for parts. It might be to nice to cut up. So I was thinking of buying it and getting it road worther and selling it to fund my Satellite. I'm not a flipper but I hate to pass up a good deal. It's really weird how thing happen in the Mopar world. It is almost the Dodge twin to my car. It even has the same wheels that mine has. Then the owners friend and I had a mutual friend I used to work with. He was huge car and collecter of everything guy. Saddly he passed away in '04. We stood there and talked for an hour. I know more Sun. and I have more pics. If I pass I'll pass it along to someone here.

Ok, I checked out the car sorta. He couldn't get the trunk open so I couldn't see what is was like or the parts that are allegedly in there. All the floor pans are shot. The car would turn over by jumping the starter relay not by the ignition. A mouse nest was in the glove box as was the original owners manual half ruined. The tag on the car was from '97! The car has been sitting for 13 years not 6. I offered him 700.00. He said he paid 1800.00 for it. I told him that was a running driving car at the point and time. He said he is not going to give it away. His son is suppose to come home from Texas and he wants it. I said there you go. You two can fix it up together. I just wish people would just sell a car instead of letting them waste away outside. What a drag.

Yeah, you shoulda asked him if he could throw a cat through the floor when he paid $1800 for it too!

If anyone wants contact info I'll ask him if he wants me to forward his number. He is a good dude.
