yep , car was a manual brake car and it was cheaper this route than buying the power booster conversion . the nice thing is its tucked close to inner fender which will give me more room by the headsGoing with hydro boost? I like it!
I'm interested in putting hydroboost in my Coronet. What system did you use?Got the pedal assembly figured out for the most part . Has to enlarge the hole on the firewall and the firewall brace for the hydroboost , add a tab on the brake pedal since the hydroboost pushrod was longer , make my own shoulder bolt since the pushrod had a larger diameter eyelet. Got the clutch mc firewall mount from Steve young , used a piece of 1/2 aluminum rod ,drilled and tapped it then set the ratio on clutch pedal I made to 6:1 . Just need to do the brake and clutch switch mounting then I can get brackets powder coated .
The only thing I’m not sure of is if my pedals are to high/ close , they are 6” from pedal to floor measuring at a 45
