68 Roadrunner Rusted Dash next to VIN Tag

I am restoring a 1968 Roadrunner. The dash is rusted at the corner right next to the VIN tag. I need to remove the tag to weld in a patch. Where can original style rivets be purchased.

If you can take a small long punch and pop the ball out of it from top to bottum. I did it a couple of times ( DON'T Ask )
But did work.
