congrats on getting your eng that should be a monster in that bee,i see you went with the weiand intake did you modify the intake any for performance. if that is the low profile it will fit under ramcharger set up. thanks
Yes, I went with the Weiand because of the Ramcharger ductwork. It was between that and the standard Edelbrock. Brian thought this one would make a bit more power over the Eddy. He did port match it, but I think that is about it. I wanted to use a brand new Holley Street Dominator that I have, but the height would have been an issue. That looks nice and tight, as it should. So many cars with bow type headliners are not done right and have sags and wrinkles. Congratulations on finding her. You may have under-payed her but I am sure she would appreciate a hand written Thank You card from you more than a few dollars more.A neighbor lady who I just recently found out loves old cars and does seat upholstery on the side stopped over yesterday to install my headliner. She spent 4 hours and is very meticulous. Turned out great. And on top of it, she only wanted $50. Gave her $100, and that still probably wasn't enough. Wish I would have known about her years ago.....

She is restoring my seats also, so I will be sure to make it right with her when all is done. Cool woman. I am guessing she is right around 60. When she was in high school, she volunteered to try recovering the seats in her boyfriends car. Apparently it turned out nice as the 2 of them ended up getting married and have been together ever since. She has been doing seat upholstery and headliners on the side ever since. Some real nice custom stuff as well. They have around 15 cars and trucks from the 50's and 60's.That looks nice and tight, as it should. what radio are you using? rock and roll,that bee is coming full steam.Dash and heater box in place and have the front and rear glass install set up for Tuesday. Also got the carpet set in place. It came from Mega and I believe is ACC. I will say that it is probably the best fitting one I have had around the 4-speed hump. I keyed everything off of that because that is what is seen. Only issue was that the gas pedal ended up to far to the rear. I cut out the rubber and mounted it there anyway because everything else fit so nice. I will get some floor mats to cover that up later.

I bought a restored factory AM radio for my Coronet and a new center dash speaker. It sounds OK unless you start the car then you can barely hear the thing. Looks good in the dash, though. I installed a modern Kenwood in the glove box. Only thing about that is the remote is IR and only works when the glove box door is open; wish I could find a RF remote for it.good choice they are expensive but a good radio and has the factory look.
Window installation did go well. A member here recommended a couple guys from a shop in the neighboring town that does all the window installs for Muscle Car Restoration. First time that I have used them and am happy with their work. This is the product they use on the front glass.I hope your window instillation went well.
