Yep. And both get some modifications to fit. The fenders are the easiest to do because of minimal and simple changes but are the most expensive. 70 Coronet/Superbee fenders seem to command a premium. I've seen really nice examples go for $1200 each. The hood requires some extensive front end surgery to remove the Coronet curves. I have a steel hood in the attic but opted for a fiberglass unit. Much lighter and much less work.Loving it! I didn't realize the superbirds used cornet fenders & hood.
The cage is 1-5/8" OD .083 wall 4130 chromoly. There is a rocker bar and an inner frame rail. Both are integrated into the floor. Anything beyond this would just be added weight. With the dual tube rear frame rails in the trunk, the factory frame rails are really just along for the ride. The front frame rails are the only functional part of the original unibody.Are you going to install frame connectors or rely on the cage?
