Fiberglass, I assume ? I added over 1/2” to this trunk lid by tapering the original top and bottom edges back about 3/4”. Then, with the lid on a stand in the upside down position, I used a piece of sheet metal clamped to the top surface deck lid as a support for the first layers of fiberglass matt. Wax paper keeps the fiberglass from sticking to the sheet metal. After that cured, I flipped it over, roughed the cured layer with 36 grit, and added more layers on top. The cured bottom layer will then support the new glass matt and resin added. The curve is a bigger challenge and I have yet to tackle that. My hood has a lot of curve to fix.Any tips for taking a curve out of a hood or adding width? About .25-.375
