71 Coronet in the scrap heap :(

I was out today looking to scab a 5.9l Dakota starter for a 440 project when I found this car,it made me sick that some one sent it to the bone yard..........
Sorry it's a 72 not a 71 I must have fumbled my fingers.

well it's just an old car, right? Looks like the ederly owner either passed or go put in a home. looks like it was well cared for. There was a '69 four door in the same shape n a local boneyard a few years back. It looked like the Thanksgoving turkey the day after in a few weeks.
damn shame.

I just hate that it will be picked over when it was such a savable car.

We get quite a few mopars in the junkyards around here. Mostly a bodies, but some b and c bodies every now and then.
