9 holes under my washer bottle. 7 too many?

I want to weld up the extra holes here. My guess is that the two highest and largest ones are factory. Those being the one close to the horn and the one right under the bottle. Photoshop would have helped here.

You are correct, the top two are for the plastic wiring clips. This is my 69 GTX...

I'm doing the same weld them all up it's easier to add a hole then to take away a hole later !

Accel super coil was in the trunk. The square one. Do they mount like that?
