Alloy rods in a 440 street engine?

Thanks for everyones input. I was asking about Aluminium 'ALLOY rods. Sorry, I will be more spercific with my questions next time so I don't confuse anyone. No one replied about the torque loss with lighter rods and pistons. I will use lightweight steel 'ALLOY ' rods if anyone is interested.

I'm no engine builder, but if rotating mass is the concern, why not replace those cast iron drum brakes with racing spec slotted discs. All four corners'll save near 70 to 80 lbs of mostly rotating mass (some brands claim closer to 100lbs) and i'd bet even the racing spec brakes will vastly out perform drums. Then u can keep the steel rods in place and still spin faster. Just a thought.
