On the trick flow I see 3 options for valve spring size (diameter). What does this mean? The numbers seem to be really close.

Pretty sure there are three different springs for cams HFT, solid roller, or hydraulic roller. I wish the Trick Flows were available 10 years ago when I bought my Indy EZ's. Indy heads were not the best quality back then not even close to how nice the TF 240's are out of the box.
Contact 440 Source as they also have a nice hydraulic roller cam to match the TF heads.

Pretty sure this is in product description. Try reading from multiple sites, TF, summit, etc
