Hooker 1 7/8 Primary headers. Running this in my 1965 Corronet 500.

Thank you

I have a custom cam from Hughes engine in my Hemi. The cam works great and Dave hughes has great knowledge.

I have used Hughes cams in several builds, they are Mopar specific cams and have always given me top performance.

you could probably go one step hotter with all the extra stuff you have.

Well it appears that Hughes has changed their grinds again! I have a older 2330 in my 300 and my bro has a 2328 in his 383 with pretty much the same build as you have except running HP manifolds, and he's happy. I'm pretty sure that you'll need adjustable rockers with that cam? Have a listen to his. First time out on the street in many years for this short shakedown run.

Nice!! Thanks. Sounds great & smooth idling...? Good vacuum? I'm also running power front disc beakes..

I ran a Hughes cam for several yrs w/good results. Only complaint was that it beat the crap out of the springs and after 100 runs they were dead. I did use they springs that Hughes recommended. Car was shifted at 6300 so this motor was not being wound tight.
This was around 2002 so I'm sure the grinds have changed some since then.

Only experience I can offer up is on Hughes and particularly Dave himself.

All the guys there are really interested in you getting the correct solution for your car. Dave has emailed me and talked to me over the phone just to find out the exact specs of what I have now, in order to make sure MY cam choice was the right one for my engine.

It is rare to get this level of service these days.

I use the Hughes rockers arms and shafts with the Hughes hardware. Great service when I ordered my parts from them and everything has worked great. Ron
