I remember seeing it like that when I lived in the NE as a kid and dad trying to dig out the car. He got real pissed when a snow plow came by and covered up what he just dug. I'm in SE Texas now and don't plan of moving out of here but every now and then we get a hard freeze. Down side to that is the homes here are not built to handle that very well so I just hope we don't get another like we got in Feb 21 and lost power. Having a fire place helps but not well enough to keep the whole house warm and since our pipes run in the attic, they have the potential of freezing. My power went down for exactly 24 hours to the minute so that tells me it was a planned outage.

Looking at the long term forecast

This has to bee the WARMEST JANUARY in WI history so far

Typically January is full of below zero weather , coldest month of the year

Need to put the snowblower away and fire up the lawn mowers

The average high for here this time of year is in the low 60's. Today's high is supposed to be in the mid to high 70's. Then we'll get some highs in the low 50's and the beat goes on. Next will be mid 40's for the high then low 80's a week later. And that's how we get our average winter temps here lol

Gotta love Texas!

Forth worth stock show is coming up, that’ll tank our temperatures. Then back to the 60s-80s. Then end of February is the Decatur swap meet, that’ll tank the temperatures again. Then we’ll be back up.

LOL!! Same thing when we still had the Mopar show and race here. It was in October and it was either raining or about 90 with thunder storms looming. At least it never was cold :) In all the years I went to it there was only one time that I didn't come home sunburned and usually always had a canopy up.

Yes, always working on something. Good thing not much snow yet this year for Jan, but nasty cold and raining almost every day so can't get none of the hot rods out for a cruise.

The weather guy said the other day that Boston has gotten 7.9” of snow so far this winter and none is in the forecast for the next week. If this is global warming, we need more of it! My back yard today.

Since it’s winter time. I’m doing a manual to power steering conversion. It was easy to steer in the 80’s and 90’s with bias ply tires. Well now it’s 2023 with radial tires and I’m 40 years older now. All of a sudden it became harder to steer.

I can't wait for spring. Yesterday it was like 58 degrees or something crazy like that and I had to go get a long sleeved shirt.

In the garage yes, I dont have to wait on spring.'

Its mid 60s right now and sunny. Getting the car ready for a show in Florence AZ next weekend

Had a fantastic weekend, with the temps nearing 70*F! I spent Saturday gathering, cleaning and sorting tools I had all over the shop for months, and installed the newly overhauled and rebuilt heater in my '69 D300 truck. Sunday was a little more of the same, plus I cleaned my shop bathroom up so it's civilized! LOL. Felt good to get out there after months of feeling like crap!

February weather in OK is like dealing with crazy people. Warm and light winds one day, freezing rain and ice with temps in the 20s the next. Followed by car-sized hail in March.

Out here in the desert we build cars during the winter and spring, summer-nope. Exact opposite of most of the country. It will be in the high 60s this week.

Highs in the 40s and 50s

Sun , forgot what that’s looks like the past few months

Some heavy rain tomorrow , clean the brine of the streets

Then SNOW on Thursday

I forget it’s only February

What a warm Winter on average

Supposed to be 70 here today and sunny and right now it is sunny. 77 for tomorrow but high chance of rain so I need to get with it if I'm going to get anything down outside.
