Anyone on here have a GM muscle car?

'64 Vert. Has a 350 LT1 in it, Muncie 4 gear and 4.11's in the back. I bought it for her for our 10th Anniversary in 1992. I couldn't load it fast enough in 2018 ! (She actually let me sell it so I could pay for the new parts I put in my Bee!) Why I had to find another '64 to hang her licence plate on...

That’s worth it.

I've owned this Buick since 1994, 455/4spd/12 bolt, it's one fun ride. Resides next to my all time favorite car (mopar or otherwise) (ignore old guy in the pic).

This Chevelle, as it is, looks like it belongs on Roadkill with Freiburger as chief mechanic. Or in Mad Max Fury Road. It has that kind of distressed charm to it.

I suppose Richard Rawlings would offer maybe $1500 to $2000 for it? Then he would build it as a custom and ask $90K for it. He has already pulled the whiskey dents out of the Bahama Yellow Cuda.

When I drive up north tomorrow, I’ll probably pass by, within a couple miles, from where this car is located. It’s out in the country. You see the decor and the AR-15 silhouette on the garage. If you’re going to be brave enough to go look at this car you definitely would not wanna be wearing a Biden shirt for the visit. I shudder at what would happen if you wore the Biden shirt and made a lowball offer on the Chevelle.

He has also fabricated a little man sculpture that has an exhaust header for an arm. Zoomed in crop from one of his photos.

Just a fascinating car, what can I say. A high school friend had a 66 Malibu with 400 small block and four-speed manual, steel wheels with dog dish caps. It was red.

When I was 18, I went to look at a 66 Malibu that had a 283 with 3 speed manual on the column. I passed on it and a 70 Charger 500 and ended up with the 71 Challenger.

"distressed charm"

I like that term!

66 67 Chevelles. Really nice drivers... Those rear wheel wells are hideous..
Nicest drivers I remember were 66 67 GTO's back in the day.. NO rattles and always seemed well built..
My 73 Z28 was my fave back in the day...
My 69 A12 car was my LEAST favorite car.. Spent more time working on it than driving it....
