Hello All,
Glad to be here! I learned about this forum thru Vanessa of 5 Point Parts because I inquired about selling my 69 Coronet as a parts car. Her first suggestion was this forum
I also own a 68 Charger which was acquired during my senior year of high school. Where I took shop class and was influenced by my mopar shop teacher. I ended up buying his 63 Valiant which i called my “winter car” because the defroster, radio, heater, wipers & dash ALL worked!
I lost interest of my mopars due to a Discovery tv show that required (at the time) myself & the partner to sell several to mildly restore one out of the whole collection. Y’all following me here? When I got my Charger back the interior was not the original burgundy. It was black & i hated it. It never felt the same again. The body got a faux metal finish & powder coat which didn’t last a week with me. So, i sent it back for a real paint job.
My life has since changed and I don’t have the garage space to shelter either b-bodies. I’m rich in cars and poor in housing.
I’m hoping to find a buyer for the Coronet as I keep getting hassled by the local mopar folk unwilling to pay what I’m asking. Cheap skates!
Thanks for reading & enjoy the pictures
