I just had to replace a resistor on the electronic ignition that was only about 2 months old and I have talked to some Mopar guys that say they have had 3 go bad in a year. Is there a more dependable one out there?

thanks

Can you please post a pic of the bad resistor - 3 in the space of a year sounds very bad. Are you sure the car doesn't have another issue in the wiring?

Rocketman burning up his fuse out there alone... sorry I had to say it... I have to agree with 67 coronet, way to much subpar mopar items flooding the market from china.. best wishe on resolving your problem.

from my experience, the lower the ohm resistance that the ballast has the more likely they are to pop. try a .8 ohm MSD. the factory 1.25 seems to be reliable.

I had one go early last year, got one from napa and it's still working and I drive the car every dry day

I will try the NAPA or LSD, they one that went bad for me was from Proform, I have a BMD now as a back up from OReillys
