hi all.
a couple of code questions
my 68 runner has factory tach but i do not see it called out on build sheet.
also can not read code for the 15 inch steel wheels

Your tach might have been part of an accessory package, that included other things.
And i think (repeat, think!) the only roadrunners that got 15" wheels in '68 were hemi's.
Lots more guys here that will give you the right answers.

A package like that did not exist in 68 and if it did, the tach would still be coded on the BS.

Look right in the middle of the sheet for box 57 TACK OR VACUUM. If there is a 7 in the box below the 57, then the car came with a tach.
