What wheels and tires came on base 69 hemi roadrunner?

Probably a dumb question but I just want confirmation.
Would the 15" steel wheels they used be the same for the dog dish hub cap and full turbine style hubcaps?
Since both hubcaps were standard on a hemi car.
Would the only thing be what determined which hubcap the car came with be what box the sales guy checked when he specced out the car?
Same wheel. Choice of full wheelcover or dogdish/matching paint . Choice of two tires available. Goodyear polyglass, F70x15 , red stripe or white stripe. That's it. Except for the recall wheels, available for the first five minutes.

The full cover would be an option which I personally have never seen but it should have the 15" H wheel painted black.

Do you guys usually attend the Chrysler Carlisle show?
I'm planning on taking my car even if it is not running and still in as found condition.

Standard on a 69 rr (except A12) would be matching paint steelies and dog dishes, wheels would appear on broadcast, as would tires, but dog dishes would not be necessary.
I'm pretty sure optional wheel covers, wheels and tires would appear on the broadcast.
The nine slot covers were W11
The deep dish were W15
The hemi covers were W21 (code for hemi only, as we shall soon see...)
The chrome style (14") road wheels were also W21, on 383 cars.
The KH recall 15" wheels were W23
Along with seven different tires available, depending on engine choice.

I am NOT the expert, this is from Wes's 69 rr book. He is a member here, can't remember his member name.
I'll add here , rims and wheel covers codes are on the build sheet not the fender tag . So it can be tough determining exactly how it looked new . With exception to standard equipment

Car was entered at Dana Point Concours d’Elegance and got 3rd in class back in 2010. That is the only California showing. Took my Valiant to Fall Fling

Sorry. I figured it was easier to ask questions here than start multiple threads.
I just purchased a set of five 15" Hemi hubcaps
3 of them have the correct centers.
There the thread is back on track lol.

Thanks for the info and I’ll have to get that book. Got his handle to I can send him a DM?

Pretty sure it's cheaper on amazon, but I won't deal with them bastards. I bought mine off the shelf at B&N, paid full boat..... and it was still worth it!
Amazon is out of stock if you want the paperback copy
