Hey everyone. I know someone here can help me out. My car's transmission is a 1974 Plymouth Roadrunner 4 speed. 400 P code. Is the clutch size 10.5 or 11? I keep seeing both for this application. Thanks in advance!
The trans is still the original from 74. They just changed the engine.Since it is a 69 motor and trans, I’ll throw this out there. There is also a 10.950” clutch, which would’ve come with the aluminum bellhousing.
I went through the whole “10.950” clutch situation with Wayne Brewer. It is the standard clutch for my car, 1970 6bbl Plymouth with 130 flywheel and aluminum bellhousing. It required no alteration to any part, and is different that the 11” setup. I run a Centerforce pressure plate and clutch, that must be correct for the 10.950” setup, it has a lot of happy, abusive miles on it. I was just trying to make light of the fact that there is a 3rd size to look out for in the above posts, to try to help the OP.View attachment 1705571
What the 11" scalloped PP (10.95") looked like.....
