Derwud's 70 Charger R/T build.

If you custom grind a cam With wider LSA it will calm down the idle & broaden your torque curve. Mine was pretty flat. BTW you still want radiator brackets?

Yours was a custom, correct? IQ52 spec'd it?

Yes I want brackets still.. Was waiting till you were all done and then was going to ask.. Tell me when to send you dough..

Any time. Do you want me to weld studs in, or just sent them.
Yes IQ spec'd it through Comp Cams. Solid roller

What was the Spec again?

Buying this from someone one the board that lives locally.

Now keep in mind with the bigger cu in you can run more duration without getting a rough idle. If you call Comp Cams ask for Chris Pagent. He's good, others I talked to there must be Chevy guys cause they didn't have a clue. Or just call Jim (IQ52) I'm sure he could make a good recommendation.

Note lobe lift, .415 & .420 x 1.6 =.667ish - lash is about .650
This was with 9.9:1 dish pistons. I can run 89 I think if I had to and be ok.
Jim's the Man!

Yeah, I am going to see how it runs with the big cam.. Should put up some good numbers, but, it is all going to come down to how it feels rolling down the highway at 75ish in 5th Gear..

Yep that's why I tried very hard to keep it tame down low, for the overdrive.

Those tanks are nice. Wish they'd make one for 66-67 B-bodies. Email response from them was "We have no plans to produce one"

Getting the tires removed so I can clean up the wheels and paint them. I may only end up using the Rears for Drag Radials..
