Derwud's 70 Charger R/T build.

That too. Are you using a stock pump? I haven't got that far yet. PST had the best deal on pitman arms I could find.

Yeah stock pump to start. I bought Moog Pitman arm, Idler Arm, and Lower Ball Joints.

I'm thinking I'll buy a new pump as mine hasn't been used since mid 90s. I would hate to have to make a mess changing it out if it were bad. Hell everything else is new.

Long story, even if I get a new pump, I have to re-use the old cap/dipstick. I was thinking re-man or just re-man - re-seal my old one.

QA-1 Subframe and Borgenson Box in. Most of left side suspension in..

Rear shocks in, need to get bearings pressed on axles and pumpkin swapped.

Left front side mostly done..

Did you do any port work on the Stealths? What cam/intake did you choose.

Yeah, they did a lot of work on them, not sure on flow numbers.
HUGE Crane Hyd Roller, I am picking up a smaller Hughes Hyd Roller as back up..
Mopar M-1 and a Performer RPM..
But switching to a Speedmaster Single plane for the Injection system..

My guess 575with M1 560 with RPM, Hope I'm wrong and it makes 625!

Must beat 69 GTX... Kidding.. My goal was 1 HP per Cube and streetable.. Cam mybe a bit large, but the builder wanted to start large since he has never done a Mopar 540 (Lots of 440 - 500's) and wanted to see how it would react to the bigger cam.. If we weren't doing the brake in and Dyno, I would have gone a bit smaller...

I would think with the 540 you would want to stay under 6000 RPM Also that cam calls for 12:1 pistons. But hey you never know till you try. My cam was 236/242 on 112 LSA with a 630 net lift with the 1.6 rockers. I forgot yours was 540, 600hp should be no problem with ported heads. Probably about 650 ft lbs tq. That's the fun #. Lets you boil the tires at a 30 mph roll!

Yes, Revs will not be my friend.. I want the Mopar Mid Range..
