Hey guys me and my dad are converting the car to e85 and would like to know about tuning it and experiences you guys have had with running e85. We already sent out one of our 750 proforms out to be modified for e85. All I know so far is that it requires more fuel and lowers engine temps and is 110 octane it the car has a 410 aluminum headed stroker that will be seeing both alot of strip use and street. I know the timing will have to be advanced and maybe a hotter t-stat and bigger jets may be required. Any help is apprecited thanks.

From what I understand you will want more compression too. Also your fuel system parts will be subject to corrosion so avoid aluminum tubing.

i read that the lines should be fine but will be changing the lines from the pump from braided to teflon. I think we will be okmon compression though i think we are at 10.5:1CR

Get with RacerAl on this site... He runs E-85 and has seen HP gains / Lower ET's by just going to E-85 from high octane gas.
