CO2 is .04% of the atmosphere.
Try to google it. They won't tell you percentages. They will tell you we raised it 5 PPM in the last 6 years. They will talk about "tons of emissions". They will use numbers that look big without any reference.
It does the same thing, effectively, as water vapor. Except water vapor is 4%. Why aren't we worried about water vapor?
