That loco in the house would make some cool lawn art just as it sits... possession is 9/10ths of the law right ... Yard art!

Notice the "house" is also painted in typical "railroad" colors, and doesn't necessarily look like a "house".

My guess is that it's a building associated with the station next door, and the display is a PR stunt.

The old MKT (Katy) tracks looked like that for a long time along the MO river before the railroad folded. There were huge sections completely washed away after a couple floods. Its now a bike trail.
