You got a great dog there Budnicks - they do become part of the family - and it hurts just as much when we lose them . . . wishing you many more years !

I had an awful scare with my ol' girl Zooey last weekend. She was dreadfully sick from Friday morning all through Saturday and Sunday... family even came over to say their goodbyes.. Monday was a holiday so I was going to make the appointment Tuesday to have it looked after Wednesday and by the end of day Monday she was back to her old self!! Best comeback ever

maybe she did what my old Buddy does sometimes {scares me every time}, he eats some damn weeds that basically poison him, make him really lethargic for a couple of days, won't hardly eat or drink, then just snaps pout of it...

All is well thanks for asking... and what you suggest is sort of what I'm thinking (something she ate). I was scared for sure and I was about to leave the country for work for a week so felt pressed if I was going to make the "hard decision" that I had to do it before she was left with my friend to look after for a week.... Needless to say she's in good health now and I can't wait to get home to her.
