You're obviously a young'n, to not mention the likes of George Blanda & Daryle Lamonica. As much as I liked watching Lamonica and the Raiders, it was old man Blanda that really made me watch every game. Had to see what amazing comeback win he would pull out of his hat next, either with his arm or his foot to lead the Raider's to another victory. Blanda was an amazing athlete even in his 40's in the AFL. There's nobody like him in football today.

Oh, yeah ! The AFL was an exciting game to watch since their inception in 1960. Blanda held many records. How many here know what teams were born from the NY Titans, the Dallas Texans, as well as the original names Boston Patriots, LA Chargers ?

Same old story for every sport at every level, the most successful team or person ends up the most criticized. Just a few years back nobody ever mentioned the Chiefs in a football conversation instead it was all about the cheating Patriot's and how big of a crybaby Tom Brady was. Years later Chiefs find Andy Ried and Patrick Mahomes, both of which have only done good things for the community of Kansas City and NFL football, they don't shoot themselves in the foot at strip clubs or beat up their wives they infact are class acts...something you don't see often today. As for the Swift girl, name something she has done wrong.......Try to see the positive things, She didn't inherit her fame it was earned from hard work and talent. She is generous with her donations and definitely is not asking to be panned on by the cameras every time Kelsey makes a play, thats somebody else's decision, the network. I think it's a good thing that a once small market team like the Chiefs found some success and spread the NFL money around to the little guys for a while. It won't be long and Reid and Kelsey will retire, Mahomes will age out and the next successful team will be on the chopping block getting analyzed to death. As for now those Kansas City Chiefs are going to try to do something we might not ever see again in our lives, a 3 peat!. I plan watch the superbowl munching on food I normally don't eat and have a few cold beers with some good friends, life is good.....
