While digging into the harness. I found that the bulkhead connector does not have wires in the C and D holes. These are the wires coming from the engine compartment. Which do go to the NSS. I have to jump a "white" wire from the radio plug to C on the bulkhead connector. I know weird right? And from D the Violet wire goes from the D slot on the bulkhead connector to the Violet wire on the connector feeding the rear section of the car. That is the fix to have them working. Thanks for all the help.
