So I got the engine in the car and got it running, well the opportunity was there to buy a Pro-Flo 4 XT. So I jumped on it. Here is what you get.

Sweet looking setup!
Box label said "625 HP" max....
I believe that is the same for the FiTech 3x2 TB EFI system.

Congrats on the acquisition!

Looks like plenty of hood clearance. Excellent thread, I hope to start on mine soon.

I wish the hell they'd make this for max wedge heads !!

Thanks much for posting this! So, I'm a little confused. A ram-type manifold that
has a front facing air intake for a 440? I love the placement of the injectors on the
intake, but I dunnow? I'll be watching closely!

What kind of throttle cable is going to work with that?

They used the chebby molds and just changed the ports !!

Brackets are there, no kickdown for me, local company custom makes the cable for 60 bucks.

So we're up to $2200.00?
I got my Proflo for $1700, no tablet. This was a $100 discount (fyi). All Lokar cable solution $200. Spectra EFI fuel tank with EFI pump including Rock Auto 5% discount $356. Corvette fuel filter/regulator kit with AN fittings $70. Braided fuel line (20 ft.) with PTFE lining and AN fittings $80.
The total for all of this is $2406 and is virtually everything required. All in all this seems reasonable to me. I posted elsewhere that just a throttle body EFI, RPM manifold and 1 wire distributor are about $1500 and still need the same supporting fuel system, it's almost the same price.

The port F.I. should be superior to the T.B.I., But the tall ram manifold makes it undesireable for
those that want a more stock look. I have to wonder how this system measures up against the
Sniper E.F.I. with it being a self-learning system? I know I'm asking all of the wrong questions
here, but I'm trying to decide on a system for my car.

Edelbrock makes a Pro-Flow 4 with a single plane intake so it would look closer to stock.

See Dennis H's threads, he has the other more standard looking system.
