Issues with Firm Feel

I do wonder why it would take so long for certain parts like those.
He told me because of the bending and machining is more complicated than a simple torsion bar. He said that since the pandemic they've had machinists come and go, often leaving to go work for higher paying pipeline related jobs. He said they're just about back on track now though. I was reading that Hotchkis experienced some similar issues the past few years, but I think those had to do with material sourcing delays. Remember, these shops do make the parts in house, but they don't have an in-house foundry making the ingot or bar stock. They still need the raw material from somewhere.

I had good dealings with firm feel in the past until last year when I ordered a rear sway bar for my runner. Waited 6 months to receive it but they didn't bill until it was shipped which was fair. Recently ordered seat covers from Legendary and they bill first with six-month lead time. The problem is that firm feel Dick is very sick and he was always great to talk to. I heard his lungs are in bad shape. Seems like these older guys that started these businesses are going away and so does the product.
