It is a bit toasty out there.

I wanted to do a few things outside but ugh…
It is going to be hot for at least the next week.

It was 110° at 9am today, inside my shop. 115° today, supposed to be 118° tomorrow.
Started to cut down a tree this morning, quit at 9am, gonna finish tomorrow morning.....early!

For a guy like me that wakes up around 10:00 each day, that would mean staying indoors a LOT.

Very nice on the central coast today. Went up hwy 1 to Ragged Point for lunch. Took the kids. High 60's, low 70's.

It was 98 here last week then it dropped to upper 40’s low 50’s overnight on Monday…Opened up a few windows and it was 65 in the house. Now it in the eighties but low humidity..

I was in my shop by 5 AM this morning & home by 10... It'll be the same hours for the next couple weeks... I have nothing so pressing that I will endure the heat... But on the other hand, sitting around sucks....

A couple years ago, we had great friends as houseguests for 4thJuly weekend, here in Arizona. It was about as hot then as now.

On the third, the A/C blew up, literally(we had to put the fire out with an extinguisher).

Our friends went back home. LOL.

it's a dry heat :blah: :blah: :blah:

I can count on 1 hand the number of 100 degree days I've seen in my 59 years here, and probably have 2 fingers to spare....

90 is considered hot here, 95 is very hot
And yet I've been there when it was sweaty & nasty because of the humidity..

I have a formula......... temp + humidity = 150

above 150 becomes a sauna, below 150 is the comfort zone

but 121 looks ridiculous, even with the lack of humidity......... I have never experienced it

Sorry but even 100 degrees and 20% limits my interest in doing anything... I love the 70's & 80's, I function in the low-mid 90's, upper 90's unless I have to get something done I tend to stay in the shade or indoors... These periods of 105++++ I get up & moving early & stop before mid-day..
