Got it all resealed and made it Purdy again

Engine already had the high volume oil pump installed. I opted to upgrade to aluminum water pump housing and pump. Got my helper monkeys to put it together.

All buttoned up ready to go. This will get my by for a few years while I save money to build the engine I want. There's only so much money in the piggy bank and I decided having a running car was more important than having a 600hp engine and a unfinished car.

Ok spent the last two nights getting the back window in and color sanding the deck lid. Heading out in a few minutes to buff and install.

Here's my first question. I'm going to be installing the bumble stripe soon. I have searched and can not find any measurements for reference on the install. Anyone out the have these numbers squirreled away. Thank in advance. Jason

Here's how they did it on a Charger.

I found this question on the Phoenix Graphics website. There is supposed to be a template included if you bought their graphics.

PREPARATION, APPLICATION AND MAINTENANCE

Do you have exact placement instructions for my decal?
Many of our kits are templated to ensure proper placement. We are happy to assist in any way and can often include pictures to help with placement if detailed instructions are not available.

I bought mine from graphics express. They included installation instructions, but no placement instructions. When I looked on their website it says "we do not have measurements for this set". Great. I looked on phoenix website but no luck with any instructions. Got a bunch of pictures, probably just wing it like evert hinge else.

This has been a great restoration and a thoroughly enjoyable thread to read through....thanks.
I also like your comment about "Church" - I had much the same deal on my car - MoPar Tuesday, and MoPar Weekend...for 3 years.

We love our "church night ". Been doing it since I graduated college 16 yrs ago. Some of the faces have changed, but the fun is the same. Helps break up the week and gets some projects done. GOttawa go help a friend hang sheetrock this Wednesday, pay backs.

Thank you. The quarterpanel stripes are piece of cake. Trunk lid PITA. With a little heat, got it to lay nice on the center rib.

Starting tonight on striping the dash and getting ready to paint the interior trim.

Man that's looking really good
