When searching for caps under 426 Hemi, The Comp Cams # CCA-619-8 list as "short" for keeper clearance. As they say,"Learn something new every day". I should have them in a few days.

Sorry H-I I'm not sure where or how to get that measurement.First timer for me.Please help me out with this.

The valve stem comes through the head,the valve keepers hold the retainers on the valve stem.Use caliper to measure the diameter of the valve stem.

The lash caps I ran did not require "notched" retainers. They worked very well to keep the valve tip from deforming with my big mushroom & roller cams using an Isky iron hard tipped rocker. I didn't use the lash caps with my roller rockers.
