Let's see your stance/tire combo

i've just purchased this Road Runner and importing it into Australia.
the tire size is 215/70/14, is anyone familiar with these wheels(rims) and any guess what they're called and what size they'd be?
i want to see if i can buy a fatter wheel for the back to match the front to give it some better road presence. LMK, thanks.

Are these magnum 500? if so, i can just buy 2 15x8 for the back...if not, then i have to buy 4 new wheels..
LMK, pls

That's what they look like, although from the photo I can't tell which style they are. Newer ones can be painted steel like original or all chrome. Just a matter of matching up which ones you have so they look right.

unless this is a trim ring which changes the look, i guess i may just have to wait until i get the vehicle...its still in transport. but i cant wait and the these wheels are doing my head in.

Anyone running a 265/65/14 on a 14x7 magnum 500? or do you think this will be too wide for the wheel

265 might be a bit "thick" for a seven inch wheel, about 10 1/2 section. I dont think that would keep me from trying it.
On the other hand, hoosier has a 275/55Dx14, quick time (bias ,im pretty sure) that they say will work on a 6-8" rim, and also a quick time pro bias, 26x9.5x14, also for 6-8" rim. (Found in summit's paper catalog)
Wide performance tires for a 14"wheel are getting VERY few and far between. I would step up to a 15" aftermarket magnum, but its really easy spending other peoples money!

thanks, i think you're right, i often forget that every possible size i dream up isnt always available.....

What's the general thought about running a 14 in the front and a 15 in the back...215/70/14 front and 275/60/15 up back......will this look a bit funny?...am i being too scabby by only changing out the back wheels?

If you get new 15s for the rear, you automatically have two pairs for the front!
Edit: probably done more often than you would think. I don't think too many people even notice.

14's up front and 15's in the rear on my boys Dart. Been like this since 1997. Ron
