Lost Oil Pressure - What to do?

Good news. Is it quieted down?

Yes, after about 30 seconds the rocker arms got quiet as a church mouse and it idled perfectly. THANK GOD! At least I was smart enough to shut the engine off right away and tow the car.... too bad I wasn't smart enough to keep a better eye on the oil... and calibrate my dipstick.
