i have been googling like crazy but cant find...how man 1976 2 door newports were made with factory ac and with cruse controle.....im still new the the whole mapar thing and dont know if it was commin or not ?

not sure of actual numbers but i,d guess almost all of them. the newport was a luxury car more than an economy car. I,ve never seen one of those vintage without air.not sure about cruise though.

daredevil is right. Most all Newports of that vintage would have had A/C. It's REAL uncommon to see a "C" body without A/C.....although they made some. In the 60's you could even get a manual trans in SOME of them. But not many.

Bottom line is, I doubt there are any production figures that break down to options like that.
