Hello Everyone! First I must say I have been a member for a few years, but did not look at the site too often as I didn't have an old mopar and it was depressing. After looking for over two years, I finally found a 67 Satellite in North Carolina. My son and I drove 5.5 hours down and a few more back to get it back in June. It was painted and redone back in 2000 from what I am told, but now we are making some changes to update and make it ours. It was originally a 383, now a 400 with 906 heads, 727 column shift and 8 3/4 sure-grip with 3.23 gears. As with any car, we have run into some problems to fix, but that is what we wanted. But I can say thank you to all of you who post! Pictures and discussions have been so beneficial! Some of the issues were bad gas (getting new tank and line) and even had a wheel fall off a low speed which resulted in new wheel studs. Original tires were way too big for the back and were rubbing. I will do my best to be engaged more and to keep up to date on progress!
