My new project 1974 charger 318 se

There is a stamped sheetmetal pillar that has to be removed after the window plug is removed, the top of the door jambs have to be cut out, and the rubber gaskets have to be installed. The rain gutter has to be extended as well. I put the whole roof skin and rain gutters on from the other car. The window regulators are bolt in as are the tracks. I used the weather strips and channels from the other car,and the felt and moldings too.

Doesn't sound so easy lol

It was a little involved, but I had the complete donor car there,so I had everything that I needed, and the other car to reference from as needed.

.......the starter is just spinning freely when I put power to it... worked just fine in the old motor

It was popping and when I get off the starter it blows air and gas straight up? Timeing? I put the timing back where it was on the old 318 motor im hoping its close enough on the mag 360 to start.

Sweet not sure how I missed the other post but glad you figured it out . Now you need to fix that roof there's a chopped up 72 on eBay with a good roof (same roof ) might be worth asking guy if you could buy just the roof
