Yeah yeah, we’re all Mopar guys... but what’s the top off brand muscle car you’ll stop and admire at a show? Or whatever kind of car...
Greetings HT413! WoW! I REALLY love this thread! Talk about a trip down Memory Lane!

Like many of us FBBO members, I grew up around all these muscle cars and became friends with their owners. As a youth and through college, I worked in gas stations and a late-model salvage yard. I loved mingling with gear heads, mechanics, engine builders, body men, race car drivers and bench-racers to better understand muscle-cars, horsepower and how to make it stick to the ground! My love of muscle cars led me to almost a 40 year involvement with the Goodyear race tire division with the rare opportunity to meet the movers and shakers of that bye-gone era.

I have ridden in most of these muscle cars listed, double-dated in some, got some back-seat, lovey-dovey in some, laid down some impressive patterns on asphalt with some, drove/rode on beer runs with some, street raced my 69 B-body GTX for fun against some and beat the snot out of every one I drove as if they all were cheap, throw-away cars.

I never crashed a muscle car, but my calloused driving of them drew many speeding tickets, scared the **** out of the public and all my female passengers.............. In retrospect, I wasn't very bright on some things, but I had a lot of FUN back in the day!

1970 Mercury Cyclone. Bought my sisters when I was 15, it looked like this one without the spoiler and the 429....mine had a 351. Had one of the coolest cars at my high school but being the dumbass kid I was I did not realize or appreciate it.

Not a ford lover in the least but I have always liked the ford GT from the mid-sixties. I think a nice re-pop one that's built in Africa would look nice in my garage with a gen 2 Hemi under the hood.
