Need some Women advice guys.

Still adhering to the old adage "if it flies, floats of f**ks, you're better off renting".

The two I was married to weren't.....but at least one of them somewhat was before we married.
A friend of mine got a divorce and when she got done with him, she was funny, as a matter of fact, you couldn't knock the smile off her face with a ball bat. He wanted to try.

After 45 years with me, my wife has a far harder time seeing the humor in the situation. Can't say I blame her.
My wife and I are together forever. I would never have a problem with her getting half, I said half, not all of it. LOL. 44 years last month. There's a way to pick them, I did opposite of what my older brother did. He was married three time and now he's been with his GIRLFRIEND for 24 years.

Glad I was spared the horror of a woman wanting to kill her husband in more ways than one. However, was able to view some of this up close with bud’s that went through fugly divorces. Different results; but ugly anyway. One guy was like my kid brother, but was a box of rocks. He asked for advice and never took any of it. Was I some expert? No; but had learned some nice tips from another bud that was smart on it from experience and suggested he talk to him. Nope, HE moved out of the house HE owned having bought it before they got married. And yep, she maxed his cards and didn’t pay the mortgage with the money he sent her. She had a couple teenagers from her 1st marriage and they trashed the house. I went with him once to collect a few of his belongings and the house looked like ****. Grass uncut for months, garage door caved in when one of the kids drove into it. Filthy inside. Some of his stuff was strewn about the basement floor, some damaged. They had removed his stuff from a bedroom closet tossing it about on the basement floor.

For some reason he wouldn’t stop trusting that bitch, still loving her. House fell into foreclosure, his credit rating trashed. Nope, no expert; but didn’t like that bitch the 1st time I met her, was his best-man. He was the dumb-***. Love is blind? I’d say so.

I didn't smile about it at first but as time went on the smile got bigger and bigger..... we were married for 31 years but we met in 1970 and if I had recognized the signs of her mental crap we wouldn't even have dated for very long back then let alone get married years later. I think everybody should take psychology 101 at least before they ever think about getting married.

I didn’t read through the entire thread, but several responses said to get out there and live your best life, which I agree with. It will happen when you least expect it…

I guess everyday someone else falls into that mousetrap every woman was born with.... LOL.

I call it a fly trap :D
