NFL Is Here!!! Let The Smack Commence!

Uhhh guys...

I cant believe the Raiders blew a perfect season!!!!

Ok after rebuking a comment that the Pats ran up the score in the Denver game, I will call out my own team and say that they did run up the score on the Lions... Going for it on 4th down when they were in field goal range and up 30 points.

Seahawks played well at home yesterday against a tough Arizona Cardinal team. Defense played especially well allowing only a field goal. Still a big uphill battle just to make the playoffs. Maybe the Hawks could move to the NFC South, they'd be up by 3 games. Hawks vs Niners on Thanksgiving night should be good.

Russell Wilson played one helluva game!!!

He may not have passed for over 300 yds or rushed for 100 yds.....but he took seven brutal sacks by the Cards defense(not counting knock-downs and hurried passes) without fumbling the ball, and he didn't throw any interceptions. For no bigger than he is, he took a hell of a lickin and still kept tickin.

....and our defense is startin to play like they used to. The NFC west is gonna be a knock-down drag-out affair for the rest of the year.

Good to see Seattle turning things around again,
Thanksgiving day game should be a good game,
it's new & good NFC West rivalry...

Niner's {my Pop's team} looked decent the last 3 games against Saints, Giants & Redskins too,
despite efforts of Keaperneck & really poor clock management, wasting time outs, by coaching & the QB...

I was sad to see the Lions get beat so badly,
still up in their division thou...

Hated seeing Cowboys & Romo win last night, but it's bitter sweet,
because I really like seeing Eli loose too...

Yea, well, I still like the "beat them till until they stop moving" approach. Somtimes I wish the Broncs could adopt that attitude. Not with a boyscout leading the charge unfortunately.

Again..... see you in the playoffs Addict.

I loved seeing Aaron Rogers/Packers beat the Pats!

But I loved seeing Atlanta beat the Cardinals even more! :D :D

Phillip Rivers and the Chargers brought their bag of man-stones with them when they traveled to Baltimore and pulled out a last minute effort against a very game Ravens team.

Look out NFC, the Seahawks are for real again! Two weeks in a row they've beat two good teams by the same score 19-3. NFC west is gonna be very interesting to say the least.

Bring on the Eagles!!!!!! :D :D

at least we still have the Raideretts

Fuuuuggggllllllly 0-52 shellacking of my lowly Raiders by the Ferguson Lambs

#1 overall pick yet again...

Niners sucked also, ol'Pops was not in a good mood...
Seattle has their number it seems, turning into a great rivalry

I did like seeing the Packers take down the Patriots
{loved seeing Brady have a spaz attack, f--k f--k f--k wah !!, when he saw the last GB score}

Denver handling KC ,
as much as I hate to say it the Broncos looked good {spit I think I puked a little after saying that}

I really thought the Chiefs would give the Broncs a little better game last night. They seem to be kind of hot and cold as the season goes along.

Loved seeing the Packers put Brady on his *** a couple of times. It'll be interesting to see how far the Pats get in the playoffs.

Seahawk defense is looking like they are getting back to last years form. Keep throwing the ball Kapernick!

Arizona looking very average this past few games.

Whaddaya think Bud, the Raiders going to take Mariotta?

:iamwithstupid: I wish I knew...LOL

Man selfishly "hell yes"
I wish they would get Marcus MariOta from my alma mater
& the future Heisman Trophy winner...he he ha ha

I'm not sold on Derek Carr, as the guy, as I've posted before,
But he also needs a line & some receivers thou, even to make a good judgment...

I fear they'll get a lineman offense tackle or defense nose tackle or end,
instead of the best player on the board/in the draft...
Make a bad pick... waste the #1 overall pick

MariOta still has NOT said he's going to the NFL yet either,
I know he wants to win a Pac-12 Title 1st & foremost,
maybe a National Championship bid too, then he'd go for sure...

He still really young & still has a couple years left of eligibility,
he's only a sophomore, he might just stay...

For my Ducks sake & his health
{he'd be on his back allot on the Raiders}
I'd like to see him stay another year in Eugene Oregon, he already has his degree,
I guess he's going for a masters in engineering now...
It never hurts to get more practical experience, in life or in Football...

I hope Mariota stays for another year too Bud, but If I had to put money on it I would say that he'll go pro next year. Especially if he wins the Heisman. It's tough to turn down the pro $ when you run the risk of being injured in another year of college. If it was me, I'd go for the big signing bonus and go pro. No matter what happens you'll get millions. Some guys go back to school when they are done playing and get their degrees or phds, the smart ones anyway.

I know, I agree whole heatedly too, but I'm selfish on both accounts...

I feel for you Bud and I hate the Thugs....I mean the Craters. No body should have to take a beating like that, even them.

Yes, good to see the Pack slap bitch Brady around a little.

Yes the Broncs looked good, Manning looked like an old man. They need to do more of that, play the whole team and not the "Manning let's break another record" game. The brand new kicker saved the game. They're going to have to keep the two pronged running/passing game hot if they want to make it to the show.

Its a good time to be a Packers fan - we're loving every minute of it right now.

getting ready for the Niner's @ Raiders,
my ol'Pops is a diehard Niners fan & me well you guys know who I'm routing for...

I only hope it's not a complete blowout...

always the optimist, but usually a realist...LOL
