I've been thinking he's going to go back to Coaching College, maybe Michigan,
far less bitchy millionaires...LOL
But they have said other names on the short list so far...

There's some rumors about the Raiders & the Jets for a trade too,
I think the Bears would be better fit thou...

Did you notice during last night's game they announced that Jon Gruden signed a big multi-year contract with ESPN to continue his broadcasting career. I guess that a lot of the speculation that he was coming back to coach this or that team can be laid to rest for a while. I have to admit, as much as I liked to see Gruden patrolling the sidelines with that "Chucky" scowl, I like having somebody in the broadcast booth that has a good idea what he's talking about.

Seem like to me,
why if you make the same $$$ in good college system ??,
why would you go to the NFL to coach ??,
even if it's "allegedly" more prestige "in some cases",
it's by far more hassles, that come with that position also,
When your the "King at the college level", no GM's Owners etc.,
only assistant coaching staff, that are thankful to be there, some boosters can be a handful
& you only have to answer to the AD {he has to answer to the rest} & the NCAA really,
not a bunch of whiners, owners or upper management, like the NFL ranks...

If you watched the Seahawks at Arizona game last night, you probably saw one of the best running plays in the history of pro football. Marshawn Lynch took the handoff and went 79 yards for a touchdown against what is supposed to be one of the best defenses in the league. Lynch is an amazing athlete by any standard.

That Seahawks @ Cards game was sad last night,
the 3rd & 4th string QB's & many of the Cards were really outmanned/outplayed...
Seattle looked like they did last year going into the playoff run...

SF {aka Santa Clara} 49er's got utterly embarrassed 38-35 @ home at Levi's Stadium
defense giving up a 21 point 1st half lead, ultimately losing by 3, to San Diego "super" Chargers,
who looked really bad/not even playoff worthy in the 1st half, getting ran on & pounded, by the 49er's...
{have I said how much I really dislike Phillip Rivers...LOL}
The 49ers has like almost 300 yards in rushing & loose, Gore had 120 something IIRC & Pekaerneck had over 150 also..

Sealed Jim Harbaugh's fate now, {Michigan Bound ??, they offered him $40 something million 6 years}
the rumors are he's gone after the last season game,
supposedly he'll be released from the last year of his contract, within 24-48 hrs,
by sources in the NFL last evening...

Seahawks got by the Rams today but the offense wasn't there in the first half. Hawks might be the best team in the NFC, but I'm concerned about how the o line is playing. The offense needs to get better quickly and stop depending on the defense to win.
