Saw this on HBO in '86 when I was first married and realized my youth was behind me. Just watched again 38 years later.

Right now, I'm watching BULLIT on the movie channel.
The Charger and Mustang chase in San Francisco, has got to be the best.

I found a free old movie app on my Firestick, yesterday, so I downloaded it. I found a 1972 movie called Woman Hunter, starring Barbara Eden and Robert Vaughan, as her jerk husband. It was certainly no Oscar winner, but was nice to see Babs in flattering period attire. In one scene, she was in a bikini. She DOES have a bellybutton! Enjoy.

I recall watching this on late night tv a couple of times around fifty years ago, remembered it for some reason so bought the dvd.

I watched this one last night. It had been quite a few years since I last saw it.

Goldie Hawn and William Atherton in The Sugarland Express (1974)

I'd always heard about the 1963 movie Cleopatra. It's known as an epic. 4 hours 11 minutes. It pretty much a historical drama. The sets and pageantry are unbelievable. It's pretty sexy for the time. Lot's of near naked ladies. Free on Youtube. If you like Elisabeth Taylor's boobs, you'll like it.

who remembers sensurround?

, “Sensurround was a low-frequency noise generator that added simulated rumble and vibrations to the movie, so intense and powerful that not only could it be heard, but also felt during the film! It was a very convincing illusion when everything vibrated.”

Just watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with Gene Wilder 1971. Contender for my favorite movie of all time.

While watching Dirty Harry tonight, I just realized that when Inspector Callahan walked into the cafe, the theater sign on the right was showing "Play Misty For Me".

They do that sort of thing....was watchng 'To Catch a Thief' last night and Cary Grant got on a bus and ended up sitting in the very back and next to Alfred Hitchcock who was the director of the movie. What's funny is that I've watched Dirty Harry several times and never noticed the marquee! Thanks for pointing it out.
