I just rewatched American Gangster by Ridley Scott. I LOVE all his work. There's some old Mopars in it. There's an awesome '66 Shelby Mustang.
Last Saturday I watched White Lightning, realized in a lot of ways it was the dramatic precursor to Smokey and the Bandit
And in a weird departure I am watching Rocky Horror tonight. At work I had to do a sucky repetitive task and had music that was not too distracting going and played the album for this and decided I should check it out again, it was this or Grease. Maybe next week for that.

Currently watching mad mad mad mad world. Great car movie, loaded with 50s/62s mopars. Not a single vehicle in the movie I'd throw off my driveway, including the metropolitan!
Unbelievable cast! Every comedian that was working in Hollywood, and lots of straight actors too.

I recently watched Papillion with Steve McQueen. Unbelievably acting performance and a hard movie to watch at some moments.

Wife and I watched Critic's Choice with 'Bob' and 'Lucy' last night. We enjoyed it and is the first time for us to see it.
Tonight I will watch a slightly older movie, only from 2019 called Hellfire. I'm only watching it because I'm in it with one of my cars and they didn't edit out my nice exhaust note. In it I attempt to run over a skateboarder, and I guess later they get revenge on me but its some actor at that point. This will be my first time watching it, I only knew the rough plot before.

Farewell to the King (1989)
Borneo, 1942: An American soldier escapes WWII and becomes the king of the headhunters in the jungle. Two British soldiers are parachuted into the area to find local support for the battle against the Japanese.
Nick Nolte plays a character similar to Brando in Apocalypse Now. I didn't make it to the end; I don't recommend it.
