because you are in Australia ? :upside down:
looks good , have you flowed your system ? BG had a rating of volume to time .
I have run the 140 Mallory , seized , Holley Black 150 , seems ok , but now have an Aeromotive #11106 (?) . -8 line is fine . I have a sumped stock tank .
You know I haven't changed cap/rotor since 2007 , I do check and clean them , but there might be gain there .
we are just entering winter here, temps in low 50's-mid 60's a week ago . Rnd #4 in 2 weekends .

Funny you say that Tex as I just changed my cap and rotor after racing last Oct. I have had the same cap and rotor on it since 2006 and when I looked at the cap it was getting a hairline crack in it but it had not ever missed at all yet. But its easy to overlook the simple things when we dont put as many miles on our muscle cars as most daily drivers get. Ron

Get this It rained here at Sonoma Raceway Wednesday so the races were canceled. More rain in June than in January. Go figure. Try again next week.

Canyon707 ,
bugger the rain :angry1:

On May 30th at round 3 of track championship they called it after first round - too cold - track temp was around 45 and dropping . So cold with the front tyres locked I was sliding down the track in my burnout

Nice ride, good running too, sounds like a nice 4" stroker SBM too

Well finally got back to the Sonoma Drag Strip. I did some mods to the carb, and installed my delay box the Mega 200. Ran my A/F each run also. STILL RICH ran 4 square 92 jets with both power valves plugged. The car was much improved but there is still more in it. It ran 10.77 last night. I have a couple of videos I will upload in the near future. The delay box was interesting to say the least way different than just a button. It took a few times to get the hang of it but it worked great.. Easy to adjust the delay. Its a strange feeling to let go of the button and nothing happens. It seems like an eternity before the launch actually takes place. I was pleased with the car (finally).IMG_0099.jpg

Congrats on the new best. Thats a very good et for the speed of 121 as you have a very good 60 ft at a 1.45. You can see on my timeslip the difference as my 60 on a 10.76 is a 1.50 at 124 and change. But I do realize my car is a street car with just SS springs and a street/strip type converter as its not a all out race converter so I know I give up some 60 ft with my street car. But I am happy with it for what it is. I wish I had a 1.45 sixty as you have her launching very good. If you pick up a little mph you are going to pick up even more et. Nice going. I am car # 201 on both passes as it gives you something to compare to and you can see I spun some on the 10.81 pass by my 60 ft and my lites were terrible but it was my first time out in 2 years. good numbers but you are definitely falling off in the top end . I would expect 23/24mph pick up in the top . did you flow your fuel system ?

Tex

I was up against a pretty good head wind that other drivers were say was a give of about 3mph. So I dont know exactly what it would have been. Just put some 90 jets in the carb to lean it up from the 92 square set up. Still running rich. Next Wed witll tell the story of that change. It was a marked improvement with the jet change and power valves plugged. So we will see. Small steps to get it in the zone then fine tune the rest.
