Pro Flo 4. Edelbrock

It can... My Tanks Inc tank has been 100% fine... And pretty cheap too...
Oh yeah? Well that’s good to know. I used a tank from Hot Rod City Garage. Looks like jewelry. No leaks when full until it heats up and sits and then it pours out the top of tank seal even at half full.

I've had no leaks, the first fuel level sender was a POS, my original worked perfectly so going to EFI and loosing the fuel gauge sucked... But there is another style sender they call it floatless

I tried one, it works great & it would probably work on your tank to & might stop your leak...

Thanks for that! Will check it out. Only issue is I now have a stock tank and that other nice one is on the floor of the garage gathering dust.

I wonder how that would help my leak issue. It is top mount and needs to seal under pressure like the old one. I will call tanks inc and inquire.

Tanks Inc uses a standard five bolt pattern on the sender, the fuel shouldn't be pressurized near the sender, at least on most tanks the pump is mounted to & feeds through a second location... I wonder if your fuel return instead of being baffled to slow the fuel some as it enters the tank is just an open line that could be spraying toward to sending unit....

A company called Jake Fab made a very nice fuel pump mount/fuel feed flange... Unfortunately they no longer sell it & don't respond to emails at all...

OK. It works. Freeway romp no purge. Described as a catch can. A term used frequently by the Hellcat crowd - but for oil I guess.

Getting this AFR since FF Box installed. Drove it about 15 miles. Still 22.8. No noise or performance issues. Drive it more? What is a normal range? Thanks.

Goal is as close to 14 as possible. Good range is 13.6 to 15.2 for most driving. O2 sensor wiring might be loose?

22.8 is way lean, as in it won't run that lean?
Your setpoint "SP" is the one just to the right.
Something is wrong, exhuast leak, sensor location or sensor itself.
Does it have a diagnostic window with errors?
But I see the O2 learn light is green so maybe you do just need to run it more.

Dennis, what's the one next to it labeled AFR SP? That number looks about ideal. How does it drive? Any performance issues?

The AFR SP is the specified value...

The lower the voltage output from the sensor the higher the value shown in the AFR box... 22.8 volts means the unit isn't getting a signal.... It's likely running on the known values & ignoring the AFR... That's why the AFR is in red....

Drives ok. No knock, odor, or other indication. Thought I noticed s slight stumble when rolling on after a shift with rpm under 1k. Isolated. Gotta drive it more. Its been laying around and jockeyed a lot. I put fresh gas in it. We sill see. The 02 Bung felt secure. It is on the side (drivers) that had to come off to install the FF2. Will report back.

Installed ahead of flange. Surprised the aging TTI’s survived.

Follow the wires from the sensor back to the main harness, likely it got pinched, possibly a wire got pulled out of a connector... Something along those lines... The fact the sensor is on the drivers side only makes me more sure thats where your issue is...
